Remember last year when SunRail ran on the weekend to
support the professional debut of the Orlando City Lions and the Winter Park
Sidewalk Art Festival?

Good. Hopefully you have a good memory because that special
service won’t be repeated this year.
Don’t be mad at the sports club or arts festival officials
for not paying for special train service this year. We’re grateful they offered
the service last year to demonstrate what a robust SunRail could look like.
On
the other hand, it is disappointing that over the course of a year FDOT and
local officials have not figured out how to provide our community with
coordinated, effective and convenient public transit.
then i take it, there is no rail service this year.
